CELEBRATING ALL STAR!
The year 2020 challenged all of us beyond measure. Like many other sports, the competition season ended abruptly due to the COVID pandemic, leaving us with uncertainty as well as the desire to reunite with our teammates and the sport we all love. The USASF recognized U.S. teams for their journeys on the Road to Worlds, 2020.
Utilizing a points system calculated from the rankings of participating teams at one or more Worlds Bid Qualifying Events, the USASF recognized the Top 10 Worlds Bid Qualifier teams in each of The Cheerleading and Dance Worlds Divisions leading up to the season’s end. The USASF and its partners also recognized College Scholarship Recipients that are normally presented at Worlds.
Points are calculated based on each team’s:
- Ranking
- Number of teams in the division
- Bid type received
- *exception: CheerABILITIES rankings provided by their video submission process for U.S. teams
